Service offered: 50-minute online Spanish lessons for A0 to B1 levels. All material needed will be included, with homework in between lessons.

Technical requirements for online lessons: computer, laptop, or tablet with webcam and mic, and a stable Internet connection. And a Zoom account.

When scheduling lessons, the client is responsible for choosing the right time zone for their location.

Delays over 15 minutes will be considered no-shows, and only the first no-show will be refunded.

Trial lessons are 30-40 minutes long.

The client will be able to schedule lessons at least 24 hours in advance, and they will be able to reschedule them with at least 12 hours’ notice.

Payments are non-refundable: No money will be refunded, but it will be saved for your next lessons.

Prices include 21% VAT (if it applies) and an invoice will be provided for each purchase.
